Refund policy
**Returns**
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
**How to Start a Return**
Contact us at back9bueller@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on where to send your item.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
**Non-Returnable Items**
Health & wellness products (supplements) cannot be returned once opened, for safety reasons."
